A few days later, an even bigger bombshell dropped—Hudson had a fiancée.
Hannah stepped out of the car in a pair of sleek eight-inch stiletto heels, exuding an overwhelming aura of confidence. She strode up to Bai Tang with an imposing presence.
“So, you’re Bai Tang.” She removed her sunglasses, revealing a pair of captivating phoenix eyes.
“I’m Hannah, Hudson’s fiancée. I’ve heard about the rumors going around campus regarding Hudson’s love affairs. I was curious to see what my so-called rival looked like… and now that I have, I must say, I’m not impressed. Whether the rumors are true or not, I suggest you stay away from Hudson.”
“The Lycett family doesn’t even need business marriages. If I hadn’t received the family’s approval, I wouldn’t dare call myself Hudson’s fiancée. Think about that.”
“Hudson is just playing around with you. If you don’t believe me, come and see for yourself.”
Hannah took Bai Tang to a café and had him wait in a hidden spot. Then, she called Hudson and arranged to meet him.
As soon as they met, Hannah pulled Hudson into a big hug. Not only did Hudson not push her away, but he also took her handbag for her and walked into the café together with her.
Bai Tang felt a sour sting in his nose. Such intimate gestures couldn’t be faked. Could it be that everything Hannah said was true?
“Tangtang, don’t be sad! You still have me!” The system appeared to comfort him. “Look, the system shop has so many delicious treats. Once we complete the mission, we’ll have everything!”
Even though the system had always told Bai Tang not to get emotionally involved, seeing him so heartbroken made it feel guilty.

Without hesitation, the system hacked into Hudson’s laptop and deleted his thesis, making it appear as though a hacker had broken in. This way, no one would trace it back to Bai Tang.
After committing this grand act of justice, the system used its telekinesis to help Bai Tang pack his bags.
