Chapter 130 – Violent Useless vs. Delicate Cat (10)

“Fur?” Yan Yang was momentarily confused. Mu Jin continued, “Yes, fur. The original beast form is actually more comfortable. I chose to shift into human form because I wanted to be like Husbanf; that way, we could… mate!”

Hearing the word “mate” again, Yan Yang blushed furiously, thinking there’s no rush, he’ll teach Xiao Jin properly later. But hearing Mu Jin mention his transformation, he felt relieved. It seemed Mu Jin had transformed into human form for the first time to match him, which made Yan Yang feel a sense of satisfaction.

In the depths of his mind, 003 marveled at Mu Jin’s talent for improvising such stories. He couldn’t help but comment, “Xiao Jin, deceiving a naive kid like this is not good!”

However, Mu Jin replied joyfully, “Oh, come on, Xiao Hei, it’s just for fun. I don’t plan on keeping him in the dark forever. Besides, if my dear gets mad later, I’ll make it up to him. Stop being a single cat!”

003 knew exactly what Mu Jin meant by “making it up,” but calling him a single cat? How dare he! 003 bristled with indignation, thinking, “When I return to the spirit world, I’m going to find a companion. I’m done watching these two flaunt their love!”

Having received Mu Jin’s explanation, Yan Yang calmly helped him put on his clothes, his movements gentle and careful, though he kept his eyes averted, avoiding direct eye contact with Mu Jin.

While helping Mu Jin dress, he provided some guidance, hoping that Mu Jin would learn to dress himself in the future.

Seeing his lover’s shy demeanor, Mu Jin, once dressed, couldn’t resist teasing him further. He innocently said to Yan Yang, “Husband, why doesn’t my outfit have that small piece of clothing you wear under your pants?”

“What small clothing?” Yan Yang didn’t understand at first, but then saw Mu Jin tug at his waistband and say, “The small triangle-shaped clothing you usually wear under your pants. Why don’t I have one?”

Yan Yang stammered, feeling embarrassed. He didn’t mind helping Mu Jin, as the boy had transformed into human form and was his most cherished person. But something as intimate as this? How could he help? The thought of helping Mu Jin with his undergarments made him feel awkward.

Turning away, Yan Yang rummaged through the closet, trying to find an unopened pair, eventually finding one and handing it to Mu Jin. “This is something you need to wear yourself, like I taught you to wear pants,” he explained, still blushing.

Mu Jin, with his penchant for mischief, deliberately leaned into Yan Yang’s ear and whispered, “But Husband, I don’t want this one—it doesn’t smell like you. I want the same as my clothes, the one that smells like Husband”

“Smell?” The warm breath against his ear made Yan Yang’s cheeks flush. But he couldn’t help but feel a bit smug that Mu Jin wanted to wear his clothing to keep his scent. It meant the boy liked him and wanted to keep his scent close.

However, he ultimately refused Mu Jin’s request, thinking that allowing him to wear worn clothes was one thing, but giving him intimate wear he had used might be seen as inappropriate. He wouldn’t want Mu Jin to think he was a pervert when he came to understand things.

Yan Yang carefully helped Mu Jin get dressed, then quickly left the room to get some food for his cat-boy. The reason he could relax during this weekend was because Yan Zhengqing had left due to some business, giving Yan Yang a break from the usual training sessions.

Since Yan Zhengqing wasn’t around, Yan Yang decided to skip training for the weekend. Even if he got in trouble later, he could handle a bit of scolding. He didn’t want to go to the dining hall and run into people he’d rather avoid, so he went straight to the kitchen to find something good to eat.

Since Mu Jin was now in human form, he could probably eat many things he couldn’t as a cat. Yan Yang grabbed a variety of food before heading back to his room.

Mu Jin saw Yan Yang carrying a tray full of food and quickly bounded over, drawn in by the aroma. He eagerly sat at the table, waiting for his lover.

Seeing Mu Jin’s eyes sparkle at the sight of food, Yan Yang couldn’t help but smile. His little greedy cat really lit up around food.

Placing the tray in front of Mu Jin, Yan Yang said, “I wasn’t sure what you’d like, so I brought a variety. Try them and see what you like, so I know what to get next time.”

Mu Jin quickly nodded with force when he heard what was said, then stared unblinkingly at Yan Yang who was beside him. The young man noticed Mu Jin’s eagerness to eat but his hesitation to start, prompting him to ask with some confusion, “Why aren’t you eating? I thought you really wanted to?”

Mu Jin scooted closer to him, holding onto his arm, and said, “But you used to feed me. Why do I have to eat by myself now? Don’t you like me anymore?”

The little cat beside him sounded hurt, and as he clung to Yan Yang’s arm, his large cat-like eyes reflected his own image, causing the young man’s heart to skip a beat.

Yan Yang was quite tall, as he had been in his past lives, while Mu Jin barely reached his shoulder. Even sitting together, Mu Jin looked small and delicate, nestled against his side.

Seeing the little guy so dependent on him, even though he could just tell him to eat on his own, for some reason, the words got stuck in his throat. The young man suddenly didn’t want to refuse and found himself enjoying the feeling of being relied upon by Mu Jin.

He nodded, picked up a small piece of sausage, and fed it to Mu Jin. Watching the way he opened his mouth wide to eagerly bite into the sausage, Yan Yang’s eyes lit up with a trace of amusement, and he continued to feed him.

Mu Jin ate with relish, his pink tongue instinctively licking his lips.

It was an ordinary enough gesture, but to Yan Yang, it seemed incredibly enticing. He couldn’t help but swallow, feeling his throat grow parched, and quickly took a sip of juice from a glass on the table to wet his throat. For reasons he couldn’t explain, he then passed the same glass to Mu Jin to drink from.

As Mu Jin drank from the glass held in his hand, Yan Yang’s gaze grew more intense. His thoughts wandered back to the feeling he had when Mu Jin kissed him earlier that day.

The touch of their lips was soft and indescribably delightful. Mu Jin’s tongue felt the same as when he was in his cat form, with the tiny barbs on it, creating an oddly pleasant sensation.

After feeding him a few more bites of meat and vegetables, he observed how Mu Jin ate. It was clear that his little cat preferred meat and fish over plant-based foods.

There was quite a lot of food on the table, but the two quickly devoured it all. Yan Yang then remembered something he had found in the kitchen earlier, and like a magician pulling a rabbit from a hat, he took a small packet of dried fish from his pocket.

He wasn’t sure why the cook had a packet of dried fish in the kitchen—perhaps for a stray cat—but since his own cat might like it, he took it.

Proudly presenting the dried fish, he offered it to Mu Jin with a hint of expectation, “Mu Jin, would you like to try some dried fish?”

Mu Jin didn’t particularly favor dried fish, preferring meat, but since his lover had brought it for him, he nodded enthusiastically, pretending to be excited.

When he tasted the dried fish that Yan Yang fed him, it was surprisingly crispy. Perhaps it was because of his affinity with this world, but the dried fish had no fishy smell and tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. He eagerly opened his mouth again, his big cat-like eyes urging Yan Yang to feed him more.

Seeing his little cat so delighted with the dried fish, Yan Yang felt quite happy. He thought about asking the head chef if he could get more dried fish, using any excuse to justify it.

One by one, the small dried fish entered Mu Jin’s mouth. Since they were small, almost bite-sized, Yan Yang’s fingers accidentally brushed against Mu Jin’s lips, which made him momentarily panic, forgetting to keep feeding him.

Mu Jin, waiting for more dried fish, grew anxious and leaned toward Yan Yang’s hand, grabbing the dried fish from him with his mouth, then contentedly smacking his lips. He didn’t realize that his tongue brushing against Yan Yang’s fingers had caused Yan Yang’s heart to race, as if his blood was boiling.

In a panic, he dropped the bag of dried fish and quickly dashed into the bathroom. Mu Jin, watching Yan Yang’s hasty retreat, blinked, not understanding what had happened.

All his attention was on the bag of dried fish in front of him. After waiting for a bit and seeing that Yan Yang hadn’t returned, Mu Jin decided to help himself to the bag.
