Tyrant Meets Paranoid [Quick Transmigration] – Chapter 74

Chapter 74 – Rough Star Pirate Leader VS War God Empire Prince [AA] (1)

A hundred years later, Mu Jin and his lover closed their eyes together. Upon waking up again, he found himself back in the white system space.

Thinking about the life in the previous small world, Mu Jin couldn’t help but blush and smile. In their past life, the simple and happy days were spiced up because Qi Changfeng had given him the nickname “Teacher Qi” after their marriage, adding a lot of fun to their relationship.

He initially thought his lover would be strict and rigid, but surprisingly, he turned out to be quite creative in some aspects. Even when giving lectures, he insisted on bringing Mu Jin along. It seemed that the man could only feel at ease when he saw Mu Jin.

Especially after the online courses matured, he found ways to prevent Mu Jin from working alone outside. Instead, he made Mu Jin his assistant, almost spending every moment together.

However, Mu Jin had tried collecting luck through online games in the previous world but failed. Although online games in the previous world could contribute to luck circulation to some extent, the effect was minimal.

Mu Jin realized that this small world had a strong independence, and not all rules could be directly applied. It seemed that better results could be achieved only by getting involved in matters related to himself or his lover.

After organizing his thoughts, Mu Jin decided not to rest. He paused briefly in the system space and then went to the next world with 003.

Upon waking up again, Mu Jin opened his eyes and found himself immersed in a glass cabin filled with yellow liquid, with only his face exposed.

His whole body was in intense pain, as if shattered bones were rapidly repairing themselves, likely due to the liquid surrounding him. He could see the wounds on his body, visibly healing at a rapid pace.

A concerned voice from 003 came into his mind, asking, “Mu Jin, are you okay? You are currently undergoing repairs in the cabin. Do you need to go back to sleep after the repairs are complete?”

Mu Jin shook his head at the words. Although he felt pain in his body, it was bearable.

Since the repair cabin was transparent, Mu Jin could clearly see the furnishings in the room. The environment here seemed full of technology, not belonging to the modern civilization he had experienced, likely a time he had never visited before.

To avoid potential dangers, Mu Jin, seeing no one around, decided to seize the opportunity and have 003 convey the plot of this world to him. Knowing one’s enemy was key to ensuring one’s safety.

The plot entered his mind, and just as Mu Jin had imagined, the world he was in now was completely unfamiliar to him. It was a futuristic interstellar world.

Several years later, humans had spread across various star systems, and Earth had become a legendary history. Over the long years, humans evolved spiritual abilities, and their physical attributes continued to improve.

This world’s humans were significantly different from what he had in mind. The classification of human genders was unique, divided into three major categories: Alpha, Beta, and Omega.

Most Alphas had robust physiques, serving as the defenders of the nation, while Omegas possessed strong spiritual abilities and high fertility.

Alphas and Omegas accounted for about one-fourth of the total population, while the rest were Betas with average spiritual and physical attributes.

Alphas and Omegas were primarily attracted to each other through pheromones. Omegas had glands on their neck and shoulders that emitted a unique scent to attract Alphas for marking.

After reaching adulthood, Omegas entered a periodic estrus, emitting a strong pheromone scent that induced Alphas to mark them recklessly.

After complete marking or even mental fusion, Omegas became dependent on Alphas, while Alphas developed a strong possessiveness for their Omegas.

Initially, Omegas had a low status, becoming subservient to Alphas after being marked. The estrus period seemed like a primitive instinct preserved for better adaptation to the environment.

Fortunately, this situation had improved in the last few centuries. With the development of potions, effective suppressants for Omega estrus periods were produced to better protect them.

The human population now was divided into two major factions: the Empire and the Federation. The protagonist of this world, Mu Shao, happened to be the second prince of the Empire and, likewise, an Omega.

The main plot of this world roughly narrates the protagonist, Mu Shao’s, coming-of-age story. It tells how he, through his efforts, changed the status of Omega, even saving the empire with his wit and strength, ultimately becoming the first Omega Emperor of the entire empire, a legendary experience.

Although with the development of society, the status of Omega has been continuously improving. Initially, they were in a subordinate relationship, but now they can enter society for work and education, similar to Alphas and Betas.

However, their job opportunities mostly involve daily tasks like arts and design. Military roles, such as mech combat, command systems, and mech manufacturing, are restricted for Omegas, except for instances requiring significant spiritual support drug development.

Despite the reduced discrimination against Omegas, due to inherent physical differences with Alphas and Betas, they are still occasionally perceived as weaker.

Mu Shao, as an Omega, has never accepted this. He believes that Omegas are as powerful as the other two categories and should not be underestimated.

Mu Shao’s innate conditions are exceptionally outstanding, reaching an S-level physique, and his spiritual power is an impressive 3S. He has always had an ideal—to change the stereotypical image of Omegas throughout the empire and hopes that Omegas can participate in frontline battles to defend their homes and country.

To prove the strength of Omegas, he utilized his royal identity to enroll in the Imperial Academy’s mech manufacturing major, becoming the sole Omega mech engineer in the entire program.

Mu Shao is undeniably a genius, and his dedication to progress and excellent performance place him on par with his peers. However, he still faces discrimination from other Alphas in the same major solely due to his gender.

In moments of discouragement, Mu Shao encounters the protagonist of this world, Archibald. Archibald is the son of the Empire’s marshal and one of the rare Alphas with both 3S spiritual and physical attributes.

Archibald has known Mu Shao since childhood and has always admired the resilient second prince. Recognizing Mu Shao’s competence in mechanical manufacturing and maintenance, Archibald seeks him out, hoping he can become his partner.

Mu Shao is naturally delighted, and the two form a pair. Thanks to Mu Shao’s talent in mech manufacturing, the mech he creates for Archibald helps them achieve excellent results in the mech competition. This makes the only Omega mech engineer in the entire empire the center of attention.

As they work closely together, Archibald learns about Mu Shao’s desire to change the status of Omegas. Encouraged by this, Archibald admires Mu Shao’s hands-on spirit, leaving Mu Shao deeply moved.

Their cooperation becomes more intimate, and their abilities gradually gain recognition from everyone. At this time, the insect race launches an attack. In the midst of the battle against the insect queen, the Crown Prince, Mu Jin, has to choose to self-destruct his mech to protect everyone, severely injuring the queen. However, he goes missing during this battle, and his fate is unknown.

As the insect queen survives, the battle continues. Elite students from the Imperial Academy are called to join the fight on the front lines, and Mu Shao, after learning about his brother’s tragedy, is anxious to participate. However, due to his Omega status and being the only remaining prince of the empire, the military refuses to allow him to the frontline, only agreeing to let him provide support from behind.

Left with no other option, Mu Shao pleads with Archibald, who is the leader of the operation. With Archibald’s help, he manages to join the front lines.

Thanks to Mu Shao’s exceptionally high spiritual power and decent physique, he can easily pilot a mech. Together with Archibald, they infiltrate the insect race’s rear area and successfully kill the already wounded insect queen.

The victory in the battle makes Mu Shao and Archibald heroes in the eyes of many, bringing joy and inspiration to countless Omegas.

Upon their return to the Imperial Academy, Mu Shao and Archibald receive a warm welcome from everyone. Due to Mu Shao’s leadership, the military department of the academy no longer imposes restrictions on Omegas. As long as they meet certain physical requirements, they can enter specialized fields such as command systems or combat roles that involve frontline battles.

However, the celebration of the empire’s century-long peace is short-lived. Soon after, the borders face frequent disturbances from space pirates. This group of pirates, different from before, is now organized under the leadership of someone named Chester. He unites all the pirates, becoming a formidable force. Pirates are now acting systematically, making the empire more challenging to defend against.

  1. I just can’t with the name Archibald, it reminds me of a vampire character that had archi in their name but had a wrinkled bat face that was described to be incredibly ugly and it doesn’t help that it has the word bald in it

    Thanks for the update 😍
