The Beast God’s messenger rushed off in a hurry. Concerned something might have happened, the Priest Mana followed Bai Chuansu to the back mountain.

When they arrived, they saw Kyle holding an egg while Bai Tang was cradling a beastman infant.
The little infant, smelling a familiar scent, reached out toward Bai Chuansu for a hug.

The beastmen gathered around the back mountain, covering up the sounds of the beastman eggs still hatching inside the tree hollow.
The last crack was the loudest, as a little snake cub dragged a piece of patterned eggshell, poking its head out of the hollow.

“Another little snake cub has hatched,” the Priest Mana looked up and saw the little snake wobbling precariously inside the hollow. He quickly climbed up to pick it up.

Bai Chuansu held one baby in each arm, and both little babies nestled obediently in his embrace, very well-behaved.

The two beastman babies seemed to sense the tense atmosphere and obediently let Bai Chuansu feed them fruit milk.
Following the Priest Mana’s instructions, the half-beastmen went out to prepare fruit milk, boil water, and bring clean beast skins and other supplies. Everyone waited quietly for the little female to hatch.

Bai Tang quickly wrung out the beast skin soaked in hot water, fluffed it a few times, and handed the warm skin to the Priest Mana.
The Priest Mana methodically wiped the little female, wrapped her in the clean beast skin, and fed her fruit milk.

The fox half-beastman shook his head, his ears drooping with disappointment. “Just send the babies back. I’m not going back.” The Demon Lord doesn’t want to see me.
“Did he argue with you?” Bai Tang was fairly experienced; it was probably because the little fox kitten had quarreled with his ‘his mate’. He had argued with his own mate before, but they always made up afterward.
“It’s nothing! Chuansu is so good, he’ll definitely come looking for you. If he doesn’t, I’ll have Kyle teach him a lesson,” Bai Tang said, pumping his fist as if Vos himself was right in front of him.
Bai Chuansu forced a smile. If only they had argued — the Demon Lord hadn’t even bothered to argue with him.
Kyle felt a bit jealous. Why was his own treasure always thinking about other beastmen?
“Tang Tang, beastmen never fear battle, but now it’s time for you to sleep.”

The Priest Mana was an experienced “midwife1,” and the three babies would get the best care staying with him.

Bai Tang and Bai Chuansu walked out hand in hand. Brown bumped Kyle’s shoulder. “Kyle, that half-beastman is really cute. Can you introduce us?”
The little fox kitten’s playful, charming expression made many beastmen’s hearts flutter — Brown, a single beastman, was no exception, especially since the fox tribe half-beastman was also an excellent grilled meat chef.
“He’s Bai Chuansu, you know him now,” Kyle dropped that well-known fact and strode off.
Brown chased after him: “That’s not what I meant…”

He faced the wind, holding a few pale yellow fox hairs between his fingers. His proud and cold handsome face rarely showed a trace of gentle tenderness as he gazed at the distant flickering lights.
“The Winged Wolf tribe, huh…”
At dawn, birds chirped on the branches.
Two fluffy creatures, one big and one small, curled up and slept on a beast skin.
The system took out a camera and kept clicking away at the little squirrel and the little fox kitten.
So cute~ The system’s eyes sparkled with hearts. Two fluffy balls of fur—could life be any happier?
At that moment, the bigger one, the fox, opened a narrow slit of an eye and vaguely saw a white round ball floating in the air, its flash blinking repeatedly at him.
The little fox kitten squinted its eyes, sleepiness creeping in. The little squirrel rolled over on top of the kitten, but the kitten pinned it down with one paw.
The little squirrel suddenly found its belly trapped and clawed twice in the air, then grabbed hold of the kitten’s huge fluffy tail and fell asleep.

Bai Tang rushed forward, and the vines beside him rapidly grew, binding the giant snake. The winged wolf took advantage of the snake’s slowed movement to deliver a heavy blow.

Bai Chuansu’s eyes reddened as he transformed back into the little fox kitten, shielding the giant snake from the winged wolf’s attack.
The giant snake twisted in the air, curling his body around the falling little fox kitten, and let out a long howl to the sky.
“Ah Su, Ah Su…” The giant snake turned back into human form, holding the little fox kitten who had been pierced through the shoulder, his hands covered in blood.
“Awooo~ Demon Lord~”
The little fox kitten rubbed against Vos’s palm—thankfully, the Demon Lord was okay.
“Ah Su, don’t die. I’ll take you to the priest…” The man anxiously cradled the little fox kitten, hurriedly trying to find the priest.
“Let me do it.” Bai Tang stopped Vos and took the little fox kitten away.
Vos’s eyes reddened, his pupils narrowing as he prepared to fight, but Kyle stopped him.
Bai Chuansu’s condition was serious. Bai Tang, regardless of being discovered, emitted a green glow from his hands and pressed them to the little fox kitten’s wound.

As I was writing, it turned into the little fox kitten’s scene—I seem to have wandered onto the wrong stage.
Actually, this is a side story. The main focus is still our Tang Tang! The next chapter will be Tang Tang and Kyle’s main story. Let the Demon Lord slowly chase after his wife (chapter omitted here).
