This guy is an extreme tsundere. He clearly likes her to death, and is insanely jealous inside, but just won’t say it. Instead, he bottles it up and expresses his displeasure with an oppressive aura. And if she doesn’t catch on to it, he gets even more aggrieved, without ever explaining himself.
Of course, he does vent, in his own way. Like now—he gets drunk from even a small amount, stays clear-headed for maybe fifteen minutes, and then immediately starts rambling, going from covertly flirty to blatantly flirty in an instant.
And she also can’t argue with him. Once he’s drunk, he’s like a sulking kid: domineering, spoiled, and totally unreasonable.
